Diagnosis. Small species; voucher is a complete specimen with branchial crown; body 6.5 mm long and 1 mm wide, branchial crown is 5 mm long; body with 8 thoracic and 36 abdominal segments; segments never bead-like, posteriorly becoming crowded (much wider than long); colour in alcohol dark yellow.
Branchial crown with 8 pairs of radioles and 3 pairs of non-vascularized ventral filaments; radiolar stem with quadrate cells, long radiolar pinnules with many small, globular to oval papillae along its length.
Collar is well-developed; with shallow mid-ventral and deep lateral notches.
Glandular ridge on chaetiger 2 present. Peristomial eyes not observed.
Superior thoracic notochaetae limbate, inferior notochaetae mucronate in thorax; thoracic neurochaetae acicular. Abdominal uncini S-shaped with reduced breast as typical for Jasmineira; reduced in number from 8 in chaetiger 9 to 2 in the last chaetiger.
Posteriomost chaetigers gradually narrowing into sharp triangular pygidial lobe, terminal cirrus or pygidial eyespots not observed. Tube not observed.
